Kullavik Cardigan
Kullavik cardigan is worked flat top down. It consists of a shawl collar, set-in sleeves, double pockets and is finished off with cuffs in reverse stockinette stitch. The cardigan is worked with 1 thread Finull and 1 thread Plum by Rauma. Despite the length, this yarn combination creates a light and fine cardigan.
Sizes: S/M (L/XL)
Measurements: Chest circumference approx. 120 (146) cm. Total length approx. 113 (120) cm (individually adjustable). Sleeve length approx. 47 cm for both sizes (individually adjustable). The pictured model has a chest circumference of 96 cm, is 173 cm tall and wears a cardigan in size L/XL. Keep in mind that when changing the given measurements, the amount of yarn must also be adjusted. If the gauge is changed to 25 stitches x 32 rows, the chest circumference is 110 (134) cm. Recommended needles: Circular needle 3,5 mm 40 and 80/100 cm. The 40 cm circular needle can be omitted when using the Magic Loop method. For the pockets: 3,5 mm dpns or 3,5 mm (30 cm) circular needle. The pockets can be worked with the Magic Loop method, too.
Gauge: 23 stitches x 30 rows = 10 x 10 cm.
Yarn: Finull and Plum by Rauma. Possibly other yarn with the same gauge.
Amount of yarn: 13 (16) skeins Finull and 9 (12) skeins Plum. Possibly 2275 (2800) m of any other yarn with the same gauge. See the instructions for more information on alternative yarns. If you are taller than 175 cm and want the cardigan to be the same length as in the pictures, it is advisable to buy extra yarn.
